"Nice food, but I have had a couple of meals lately that was a bit hit + miss. I just put it down to receiving the wrong meal. Salt + Pepper Chicken, Combo Noodle box + Chicken Cashew in yellow bean sauce is my favourites."

"This was a funky experience, you order and pay through a crack in some wood which looks like covid restrictions, you get your food on a wooden hole, rhe menu is as big as the wall! The good stuff, the food, absolutely banging, and good value too. Atmosphere is like any other takeaway Here we have 1x large egg fried rice 1x large sweet and sour chicken balls 1x roasted duck and pineapple 1x small salt and pepper chips They only take cash too!"

"Harry's in Dovecot Liverpool is a great local chippy. The food is above average with generous portions, Harry's gives you the option to order different size survivings. With regular being plenty. Great selection of food to choose from. I like the staff in this chippy. They are always happy, friendly, and have a very well managed family business. The staff often remember what food people frequently order. Which can be seen in a few ways... #1, You order way to often lol #2, You order the same food. A bit of a light-hearted, fun comment. It is clean inside. Food is always hot and cooked the same every time. It's a fast turnaround of food. Multiple staff members on the shopfloor. As it's often busy. I'd highly recommend this Chippy. They do NOT do delivery or take card payments. (Which is something people see as an inconvenience, however, I much prefer this as cash is becoming less of a physical thing, as I card payments take it away, and people often forget that card use for businesses cost more money to process. There for making £20 card payments being less money for the store in profit as they have to pay a percentage or fee for each transaction. If you pay £20 in cash then the store have physically made £20 and keep £20 (I know tax is payable on this £20 CASH payment, as it is on the card payment. Which means over all the £20 you have just paid the store with your card is even less money for the store)"

"Have pretty much had a weekly chippy from here since moving to the area nearly two and a half years ago. Have never been disappointed. The food has always been fabulous, with very generous portion sizes. Hot noodle box, shredded crispy beef, hot and sour soup and Chinese special curry are all amazing dishes worth trying. Harry's doesn't deliver or need just eat and the likes and relies on its local reputation built on the quality of its food and is always busy from opening time."
